Buying for a guy... why is it so hard?

My husband's birthday is approaching- and I think he may be the hardest person I know to buy a gift for. I found this "woody" belt at Moxie and Oliver on etsy. I like it- but I can already hear him saying, "what's wrong with the belt I have?" as if no one could possibly need two belts. Anyone have any birthday suggestions?
