Salt Dough Ornaments

Hello lovelies! I just had to share a couple of the salt dough ornaments we made here yesterday. I got the recipe from Prudent Baby. They are having a contest over there and it is still running, so make up some ornaments and get to snapping some pics! Anyway- these were fun and simple- but the drying time seemed forever- and the kids really enjoyed it. Any of you make some fun stuff you'd like to share? Leave us a link in the comments!

Tonic Living = my new curtains!

This is the new fabric I got for curtains in my office from Tonic Living. I still have the vertical blind in here from the previous owner. They are effective at blocking out light, but not very nice to look at. So I will be breaking out the sewing machine soon to get those up. Hopefully I can post some before and after photos for you! I might have to do all my windows with fabric from Tonic Living, they have so many awesome designs to choose from!! maybe some pillows... and a bedskirt... and a slipcover...

Snow Day Part 1

Today my world is a sheet of ice, so, no school. I will be periodically posting about how I manage to keep all 4 of my kids entertained throughout the day. Wish me luck.
