I just found this amazing artist, Ann Wood. She makes incredible fabric sailboats and birds and owls... I'm in love. Most of her work is sold out- but looking at her creations is a dreamlike experience. Go pay her a visit!

Snow Day Part 1
Today my world is a sheet of ice, so, no school. I will be periodically posting about how I manage to keep all 4 of my kids entertained throughout the day. Wish me luck.
Project idea #1:
Make wall art. We like these from PB Teen. But I'm hoping we can make our own that are far cooler.

Free Printable Holiday Gift Tags For You!
Here is a little gift for all of my blog readers. I decided to get (sort of) creative and make my own gift tags. And I decided to share them with you. Just click on the image, save them and print out onto heavy cardstock. I know they're simple, but I hope you enjoy them!

Felt? Felted? Felting?
Yes lately I'm into felted things. I even made my own little felt ball. Just to see if I could do it.
But I don't even know how to knit, so I'll stick to buying felted things from people who know what they are doing. Like this lovely crafter I found on Etsy:
(ps I found Miesmama on a blog called Elephantine )
