Feeling the need to decorate...with buntings!!!

Again, I have a photo from an inspiration folder that I can't find the source for. This will be the last time I post a photo with no source-- I feel really bad about it!
I just wanted to share today that I am having a major re-decorating jones. I have been in my house for a year and a half, and have only painted one room (the girls' bedroom). I know paint is the easiest and most cost effective way to redecorate, but I want some bunting!!! I mean, look how amazing this room looks! Wouldn't that style look great in a guest room? Your guests would feel so cozy... Maybe I should try to sew my own bunting. Does anyone know of a pattern?

sewing is fun I think

Today was all about the sewing machine and conquering my fears of her. (yeah it's a girl)
I made some stockings (of which I will post photos soon)- and I decided to take a couple of Polaroids since the light was so nice in the breakfast area. Then I thought, hey, I like these so much they should go together. in a ...wait for it... Diptych! I had never made one. So I did it and put it in my shop.
I'm pretty excited about it. I know the subject matter is a bit unusual for a photograph- maybe that's why it appeals to me. I must force myself to put down the coffee and go to bed.
